So I totally get why weight loss is referred to as a journey! Anyone who has struggled with gaining and losing weight over the years knows that it can be a long sometimes dark road. Some days are amazing and have minimal temptations, allowing you to really see your results! While other days you may make one poor choice that leaves you spiraling for the rest of the week! Needless to say you will surely see the results of those actions as well!
Let me remind you that an off day is just that…One day where you walked a different path. We can be so quick to keep walking down the dark dreary road thinking well I already ruined my diet. However, the reality is that as easy as it was to take a step back , you can just as easily kick it into gear and keep pushing forward.
Take time to celebrate the small victories and the good days because your earned them! Don’t stay stuck on the bad days because the can be few and far between if you teach yourself to keep looking on the bright side.
